Panos Emporio, the Greek founder of the longstanding swimwear brand carrying his name, was watching the world-famous Portuguese footballer Ronaldo in action one day when an idea came to him.  Ronaldo customarily rolls up the legs of his shorts to get the best tan possible – why not manufacture shorts that made this as easy as possible? And with that, the Meander collection was born. It is the latest innovation for this solid company with years of successful export.
