Polish born, British designer Bozena Jankowska presents the first affordable luxury womenswear label that inspires and provides women with a choice to acquire fashion with a compelling sustainable purpose without compromising on style. Each small collection including dresses, blouses, skirts, trousers, coats, suits and scarves, takes on a different environmental and social issue reflected in fabric choice, colour, fabric manipulation and silhouette. The resulting pieces are sophisticated, with a couture feel that are meant to be kept for a lifetime. For each collection, there is close collaboration with relevant organisations with a percentage of profits being donated to the cause that inspires each collection. The founder, Bozena Jankowska, has had an acclaimed 16-year career in sustainable finance providing a strong foundation for the sustainability led design inspiration behind each collection.

The first Bozena Jankowska collection focuses on the plight of the honeybee. The collection subtly hints at elements of the bee. Use of velvet and unique prints reflect the bee’s anatomy, bee hive structures are translated into pleats and shirring across the collection, whilst the collection’s colour palette, captures the wide range of different bee species. These are garments for the professional woman who understands and knows her own style whilst choosing to be mindful of sustainability.
